Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 April 2026
By using Eureka Garage, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
What Eureka Garage is
Eureka Garage is a free workshop tool developed by Antropomedia Academy. It is a digital version of the Eureka Garage methodology, a one-page framework for channeling a business challenge through consumer intelligence, incubation, and capture.
The methodology is grounded in published research: Kounios and Beeman (2015) on the neuroscience of insight, and Dane (2024) on workplace epiphanies. The framework has been adapted to business practice under the guidance of Dr. Luis Jaime González (Antropomedia).
What you can do with it
You may use Eureka Garage for personal reflection, professional work on your own business challenges, commercial work with your own clients, and teaching in your own workshops. The tool is free and you do not need permission from Antropomedia to use it this way.
You may share the outputs of your work (PDF exports, shared canvas links) with anyone, including clients, colleagues, students, and the public.
What you cannot do with it
You may not resell Eureka Garage as a product. You may not replicate it under a different brand or pass it off as your own tool. You may not incorporate it into a competing product that provides the same core function. You may not remove the Antropomedia Academy attribution from exported artifacts.
The framework itself — the eight-block structure, the incubation mechanic, the manifesto-style export — is an Antropomedia Academy methodology. You may teach it, apply it, and cite it. You may not rebrand it.
Your content belongs to you
Everything you type into the canvas is yours. Antropomedia does not claim any rights over the business objectives, insights, Eurekas, tribes, statistics, case references, tactics, or timing notes you enter. The content is yours to use, publish, implement, or discard as you see fit.
The framework belongs to Antropomedia
The Eureka Garage name, the framework structure, the Antropomedia and Antropomedia Academy trademarks, the Northlane mark treatment, and the visual identity are intellectual property of Antropomedia. The codebase and its design are also proprietary to Antropomedia Academy.
No warranties
Eureka Garage is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the tool will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of bugs, or that it will produce any particular business outcome. The incubation timer is based on published research on creative cognition, but we make no claim that it will produce an insight in any specific session.
The tool is offered as a free resource. You use it at your own judgment and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antropomedia is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Eureka Garage, including lost business opportunities, misapplied insights, data loss from local storage being cleared, or decisions made based on the workshop output. The business decisions you make based on your Eureka are yours alone.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be announced in the product itself. Your continued use of Eureka Garage after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Availability
Eureka Garage is a free tool and we may discontinue it at any time. Because all canvas content lives in your browser's local storage, discontinuation of the tool would not, by itself, erase your past work — but we recommend exporting any canvas you want to keep, whenever you want to keep it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, in accordance with the registration of Antropomedia Sàrl at Microcity, Neuchâtel. Disputes arising from the use of Eureka Garage will be resolved in the competent courts of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring disputes in the courts of your country of residence.
